Santa Rosa Community Health Center - Elsie Allen Campus

The Elsie Allen Health Center provides primary care for adolescents throughout Sonoma County.  We are located in the Elsie Allen High School campus.  We strive to help youth become stronger and healthier with easy access to medical care and health education.
