University Center
UC Center Application
Applications for incoming 9th graders for the 2025-2026 school year are accepted through March 21, 2025
The University Center at Elsie Allen High School is a specialized program designed to provide intensive preparation and college courses to motivated high school students. We offer a rigorous and innovative curriculum on an accelerated schedule. Students enroll in university courses while still in high school.
The University Center is a unique partnership between Santa Rosa City Schools and Sonoma State University. Students in the UC@EA program accelerate the completion of core requirements in their freshman and sophomore years by taking up to seven college preparatory courses each year. This will permit students sufficient time in their junior and senior years to take courses at SSU and receive transferable college units. UC@EA students will not be charged regular tuition for SSU, but will enroll in courses for a minimal fee. Families can save up to a full year of college tuition, a savings of over $10,000.00!
